COLOR Magazine, Special Issue #10, November 2010
As I announced earlier in August, several of my photographs were selected, (from over 9,000 submitted) for a Merit Award, and have been published in a 2-page spread in the November 2010 COLOR Magazine Special Issue.
Of the 115 photographers included in the Special Portfolio Issue, as far as I can tell by looking at all the photographs, mine are the only ones shot and edited on an iPhone! Which makes me even more excited to be selected for inclusion.

When I entered the COLOR Magazine 2010 Portfolio Contest back in February, I had just started taking photographs with my first DLSR, a Canon T1i. Prior to that I had only used my iPhone. So, with a bit of hesitation, I decided to include 12 images shot and edited fully on my iPhone as one of my portfolio submissions. When the magazine arrived yesterday I was thrilled, and a little surprised, to find images from my iPhone portfolio were the ones they selected!
